Community Financing Consortium, Incorporation (CFC)’s mission is to promote, facilitate, and manage the financing of affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and communities within Palm Beach, Martin and Broward counties, Florida.  CFC acts as a direct lender or participant with regulated financial institutions with respect to loans of acquisition, development, construction and rehabilitation of housing projects for persons of low and moderate income and facilitates lending for individual mortgage loans to purchasers and owners of one to four family residential dwelling units.
